On May 15th 2018, FluoroSeal Group was created in Haslev, Denmark, following the acquisition of the Danish lubricated plug valve manufacturer Brdr. Christensen and Seguro. Their business dates back to 1942, and they’ve been making valves since 1958. Today, they’re a vital player in the global oil and gas industry.

The acquisition is a vital step in our growth. We now have a strong manufacturing hold in Europe, with two facilities in Denmark and a large factory in Ukraine. The acquisition means we have added two new product lines to our range and expand our reach considerably in the oil and gas, and water management industries.
